Ana Titcombe Design Ltd. Last updated 21st September 2026.

These terms apply to your use of our website. They are not the terms on which we provide our services. If you go on to become a client, our services are provided under a separate Order Form and Terms and Conditions, which we will give you before any work begins.

Information about adaptations, accessibility or equipment is general in nature and may not be suitable for your circumstances.

3.3       You should not rely on the content of this website as a basis for making decisions about your home, your health or your care. If you need advice about your own situation, please contact us so that we can discuss providing our services to you, or speak to your GP, occupational therapist or other healthcare professional.

3.4       Using our website, or contacting us through it, does not create a client relationship between us and does not mean we have agreed to provide services to you.

4.1       If you send us an enquiry through our website, we will use your information to respond to you. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.

4.2       Please do not send us detailed information about your health through a website enquiry form. A brief description of what you are looking for is enough, and we will discuss your needs with you directly.

4.3       We will try to respond to enquiries promptly, but we cannot guarantee a response within any particular time.
